29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  At the jobsite, on or about 1/24/19:  A worker was standing on the sill of a window opening without fall protection, and exposed to a 12 foot fall to the sidewalk.     b)  At the jobsite, on or about 1/24/19:  Employees were working in close proximity to 5 unguarded window openings where the sills were 2 feet from the second floor deck and where workers were exposed to a 10 foot fall without fall protection.
