29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of American National Standards Institute, B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care and Protection of Abrasive Wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section.    (a) The guard and handle on the DeWalt angle grinder S/N 193214 had been removed, exposing employees to struck by hazards from debris or injury from accidental contact with the grinding wheel.
