29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  At 536 East Beach Boulevard, Comfort Inn, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about January 28, 2019 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees retrieving material from an unguarded balcony were using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 44 feet to the ground below.
