Zero exposure was assumed for the 23 minute period not sampled. This violation was discovered on or about February 1, 2019.    b) In the melting area of the 2462 Emerson Ave S location, employees were not enrolled in a Hearing Conservation Program when exposed to continuous noise levels at 126.1% (91.6 dBA) of the permissible daily noise exposure (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 dBA) during the 454 minute sampling period.
