29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    (a) On or about January 23, 2019, and at times prior, Membrane Roofing Sub, LLC, as the controller employer, did not ensure employees of Sanchez Roofing, sub-contractor, MGS Roofing, sub-contractor, Arteaga Roofing, sub-contractor, Lopez Roofing, sub-contractor and United Family Roofing, sub-contractor, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations on a residential apartment complex, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of thirty two feet and greater.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
