29 CFR 1926.452(w)(6)(i): Employee(s) were allowed to ride on scaffolds when the surface on which the scaffold was moved was not within 3 degrees of level, and/or not free of pits, holes, and obstructions:   On or about 01/18/19,  Location: inside one story commercial establishment under construction at 821 West 49th Street Hialeah FL 33102,  1) One employee was exposed to fall hazards while installing the ceiling metal framing, standing and riding on a 6ft high mobile scaffold in close proximity to an uncovered plumbing ditch approximately 4 inches in depth.
