29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a) On or about January 29, 2019, The Shed Yard, as the exposing employer, did not ensure employees walking on the surface of the mezzanine or conducting work from the mezzanine platform were protected from falls while conducting roofing work on sheds. Employees were exposed to fall hazards measuring at approximately 7 feet and 4 inches in height.
