29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    On or about January  28, 2019, located at 601 S Andrews Ave, Fort. Lauderdale, FL employees were replacing lights on a sidewalk lamp from an aerial lift without the use of a harness and lanyard were exposed to a 20-ft fall hazard.
