29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift On or about January 31, 2019, at 1201 South Roman Street, New Orleans, LA 70125, the employer allowed an employee to work on a Genie Ariel lift without the lanyard attached to the basket. The employee was installing frame on a building at the construction site.
