29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about January 30, 2019, on Overseas Highway, Mile Marker 7.5, Key West Florida, 33040, an employee was working from the basket of an aerial lift, to service a highway sign, and was not using a personal fall arrest system or restraint system; therefore exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet, 10 inches to ground level.  NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
