29 CFR 1910.243(c)(5)(i): Immediately before mounting, all wheels were not closely inspected and sounded by the user (ring test, see Subpart O, 1910.215(d)(1)) to make sure they had not been damaged in transit, storage, or otherwise:  a) Worksite: Employees did not perform inspections and ring tests prior to mounting wheels and using equipment; on or about 2/1/19.   Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
