29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: At 1027 West 4th street, Joplin, Missouri 64804, employees are exposed to point of operation hazards, ingoing nip points, rotating parts and flying chips. CNC quick turn machines have had their interlocks bypassed, allowing the access door to be opened when the machines are in automatic mode.
