On the north side of the construction site, employees engaged in cornice activities used pneumatic nail guns and not wearing eye protection and exposed to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.     On the north side of the construction site, employees performing cornice activities from man lifts was not tied off and some were not wearing fall protection and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet.
