29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  On or about February 6, 2019, at 3135 Chain Bridge RD -  an employee was observed installing structural sheathing near the roof's edge without fall protection and was exposed to a fall hazard of 30 feet .     (b)  On or about February 6, 2019, at 3131 Chain Bridge RD -   an employee was observed putting down water proofing at the roof's edge without fall protection and was exposed to a fall hazard of 30 feet.    (c) On or about February 6, 2019, at 3135 Chain Bridge RD on the 2nd Floor -  the Superintendent was reviewing documents while standing next to an opened side floor edge without fall protection and was exposed to a fall hazard of 14 feet.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
