29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:    location: exterior of building  on or about: 2/11/19    a) Employees, repointing from a tubular welded frame scaffold, were not provided with adequate fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of up to 32 feet.       NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer shall have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards:    location: entire site  on or about: 2/11/19    a) Employees were working from a tubular welded frame scaffold. One of the employees was not provided with scaffold safety training.       NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
