Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employee working on the roof of the residential garage under renovation was protected from fall hazards above 6 feet by the use of guardrails, safety nets or a personal fall arrest system. On or about 02/08/2019, the employee fell from the roof while installing a beam in the garage and sustained minor injuries from the incident.
