29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     (a)   K-Elite, LLC at 723 Horizon Dr. Grand Junction, CO 81506: On or before 2/13/19 the exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees picking up trash on top of the flat canopy roof over the pumping stations at a new gas station was performed without utilizing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet onto concrete.
