29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: a- 200 Spring Beauty Drive, Williamstown NJ: On or about 02/13/19, Loft Construction, Inc. had not initiated a program to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition. As such, Loft Construction, Inc. workers were performing framing and other related work at the worksite without the use of fall protection, with damaged electrical equipment, without the proper training to operate the worksite all terrain fork truck, without ladders to access and egress the walking/working surface, without eye and face protection, etc. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
