29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a: On or about February 14, 2019, on the west side of 1670 Lobdell Ave. Baton Rouge, LA 70806, the employer failed to prevent employees from utilize a JLG model 6042 forklift (serial #0160081322) as a man lift to apply vapor barriers on the side of a commercial building.
