29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel:    (a)  On or about January 30, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards due to industrial truck drivers not looking in the direction of travel when pedestrians routinely entered areas that had been barricaded off.     Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
