29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii): Storage cabinet(s) for flammable liquids were not designed or constructed to meet minimal fire resistance as required:  a) On or about 2/15/19, at 9720 SW 170th St. Miami, FL 33157 paint shop north side, the employer used a metal cabinet that did not meet the fire resistance requirements to store flammable chemicals used at the workplace, exposing employees to a fire hazard.  b) On or about 2/15/19, at 9720 SW 170th St. Miami, FL 33157 paint shop east side, the employer used a metal cabinet that did not meet the fire resistance requirements to store flammable chemicals used at the workplace, exposing employees to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch:  On or about 2/15/2019, at 9720 SW 170th St. Miami, FL 33157 prep department, an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard while working with the bench grinder, that had its left side workrest placed at 1 inch from the wheel.
