On or about February 19, 2019, located at The Fenimore Apartments at 6729 North Hamilton Road in Westerville, Ohio, employees walked across three walkways that were approximately 10 feet long by 24 inches wide to access each section of the apartment building without any means of fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard approximately 11 - 22 feet.
