On or about February 19, 2019, located at the Village at College Central at 1405 Leesland Drive (Lot 54), employees were installing siding from the top of a porch roof without any means of fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.

On or about February 19, 2019, located at the Village at College Central at 1405 Leesland Drive (Lot 54), employees were installing siding from a six foot Louisville stepladder positioned on the top of a porch roof. The stepladder was folded and leaning against the house, which was not used for the purpose in which the ladder was designed, thereby exposing the employees to a maximum fall hazard of 15 feet.
