29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.   On the north side of the construction site, employees engaged in roofing activities used pneumatic nail guns and not wearing eye and face protection were expose to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On the north side of the construction site, employees engaged in roofing activities on a pitch roof of 4:12 without being attached to a life line were expose to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
