29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision:   a.) On or about February 21, 2019 the employer did not ensure that all openings in electrical boxes were effectively closed.  The electrical panel in the container storage room near the transfer station was missing the front panel.  The wires and circuit breakers were exposed.
