29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:  a) Emergency Medical Responders & Technicians employed by Plainfield Rescue Squad are dispatched to medical emergencies in the community from the squad house at 57 Campbell Avenue in Plainfield NJ.  A written Bloodborne Pathogens exposure control plan was not developed for such employee(s) with occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.   Condition(s) were noted on or about 2/22/2019.
