Ashton Woods Dumont Place Subdivision, 1124 Provence Lane, Lot #70, Decatur, GA (Porch Roof) - Employees were exposed to fall/roof collapsed hazard.  The roof porch collapse when the siding employee step onto the elevated porch roof to  installed the siding batten strip to the siding panel.  The employer did not determine and/or verify that the working surfaces of the roof porch had the structural integrity to safely support the employees, on or about February 15, 2019.

The employee was not utilizing fall protection while working and walking approximately 16 feet above ground level on the elevated porch roof, installing siding batten strip to the front exterior of the newly constructed residential home, on or about February 15, 2019.
