29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    (a) Turtle Gut Circle, Seapointe Village, Wildwood Crest, NJ: on or about Feb 26, 2019 a Cent Construction employee was working from a Genie telescoping boom aerial lift.  The employee was not using any form of fall restraint and was thus exposed to potential fall hazards.
