(a)  American Fibertech Corporation d/b/a Industrial Pallet Corporation - The compliance officer asked for the most recent three complete calendar year OSHA 300 logs on April 4, 2019 and did not receive them as of April 11, 2019.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
