29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control.  On or about March 1, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) performing maintenance at a host employer, Pencco Industries, were properly trained in the use of energy control methods. The Link Staffing employee(s) were not provided locking means, exposing employees to the hazards of unexpected start-up of energy sources.
