OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught-in hazards during tree cutting operation:   On or about 3/3/2019, on the tree at the rear of the residence located at 4374 Pleasant Forest Drive, Decatur, GA:  An employee working aloft, engaged in tree cutting, was exposed to caught-in hazards in that the nylon rope being used as part of a fall protection system was caught by the limb being cut.

On or about 3/3/2019, on the tree at the rear of the residence located at 4374 Pleasant Forest Drive, Decatur, GA:  An employee engaged in tree cutting and climbing was exposed to a fall hazard in excess of 25-feet in that training on the correct used of personal fall protection system and proper tie off techniques was not provided.
