29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system:  a) Front of 16 Maple Terrace., West Springfield, MA: On or about March 1, 2019 an employee was observed working in an unprotected excavation which was in excess of seven feet deep.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
