29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a. On or about 03/05/2019, on the main office - employees were exposed to emergency and fire related hazards, in that, the designated exit door was inside an office that was closed and locked when the occupying Operations Administration Manager was not on site. The Operations Administration Manager office door was designated as an exit door or part of the egress route. The door was closed and locked at times which impeded employees to reach the exit door and exiting the building.
