29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):  The floor of workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition:   a) Workplace, stairway to basement storage area- The bottom of the stairs to the basement was wet from water leaking from the main floor; on or about 1/22/19.  b) Workplace, parts storage area- The basement storage area had puddles of water and debris beside a shelving unit; on or about 1/22/19.  Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
