29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program describing hazardous material such as gasoline.    On or about 03/01/2019, at a site located at 1932 Coral Gardens Drive, Wilton Manors, FL 33071, the employer failed to provide a hazardous communication program to an employee who poured gasoline into the tank of a hot pressure washer.
