29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):     a. On or about February 25, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, safety inspections were not made by competent persons capable of identifying and correcting those hazards which could result in employee injuries. Employees were thereby exposed to falls and amputation hazards.   There is no abatement certification of documentation required for this item.
