29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:     Worksite located at 4505 Summit St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was observed using a radial saw to cut materials in which pieces could become airborne and enter and employee's eye who was not wearing any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    Worksite located at 4505 Summit St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to shock or electrocution hazard in that the cord powering the radial saw had its' outer insulation breached and inner wires exposed as well as having the ground prong removed from the saw's cord.
