29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets  a) Building; on or about February 6, 2019 and at times prior  the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that he allowed his employees to work on a 4:12 pitch roof without fall protection exposing his employees to falls of 9 feet to the ground below.
