29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  a) Burns Manufacturing, Inc. / 2001 Lowell Ave, Erie, PA: On or about March 11, 2019, employees conducted servicing, maintenance, and repairs to equipment including but not limited to, a mechanical power press, a press brake, and a CNC metal saw.  The employer did not conduct periodic inspection of the energy control procedure on an annual basis.
