GORILLA LADDERS aluminum extension ladder, Model No.MPX22 to access the roof of the commercial building, approximately 10ft. above the ground. The ladder side rails were approximately 6in below the landing surface; on or about 3/11/2019    Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
