29 CFR 1926.502(i)(4): Covers for holes in floors, roofs, and other walking/working surfaces were not color coded or marked with the word "HOLE" or "COVER" to provide adequate warning of the hazard:  (a) 130 Tiger Drive, Florence, MS 39073 - On or about March 12, 2019 the employer did not ensure a covering used for a hole, approximately 48 inches long by 24 inches wide by 16 inches in depth, was marked with the word "Hole" or "Cover" to alert employees, exposing employees to tripping hazards.
