29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours:   a. On or about 5:44 PM on February 16th, 2019, at 10000 Turkey Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819, an employee suffered a work related injury which resulted in hospitalization. The employer was aware of the hospitalization on February 17th 2019 at 9:00 AM. The employer notified OSHA on February 20th at 2:30 PM of the work related hospitalization.
