29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer shall establish and implement a written exposure control plan: At a worksite located at 2029 Old Peshtigo Road, Marinette, WI 54143; the employer did establish or implement a written exposure control plan when employees were exposed to respirable crystalline silica while saw cutting concrete cinder block walls. All provisions of 29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(i) through (iv) must be covered in a written exposure control program for respirable crystalline silica. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following: 1) Tasks with exposure 2) Engineering controls 3) Housekeeping measures 4) Restricted access procedures

29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(2)(i): The employer shall ensure that each employee covered by this section can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of at least the following: At a worksite located at 2029 Old Peshtigo Road, Marinette, WI 54143; the employer did ensure employees covered exposed to respirable crystalline silica while saw cutting concrete cinder block walls could demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the health hazards of respirable crystalline silica, the contents of this section, or the purpose of the medical surveillance program. All provisions of 29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(2)(i)(A) through (F) must be covered in a employee information and training for respirable crystalline silica. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following: 1) Health hazards 2) Tasks with exposure 3) Measures for protection 4) Content of this section 5) Identity of competent person 6) Purpose and description of medical surveillance
