29 CFR 1926.451(c)(1):  Supported scaffold(s) with a height to base width (including outrigger supports) ratio greater than four to one (4:1) was not restrained from tipping by guying, tying, bracing, or equivalent means:      a)  On March 8, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet while working on a frame scaffold which was not restrained from tipping by any means.    b)  On March 8, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on a frame scaffold which was not restrained from tipping by any means.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
