29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a) West side of construction project: On or about 3/06/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating an electric Makita 7-1/4" circular saw, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in lumber cutting operations.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   a) Roof of the structure: On or about 3/06/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to eleven feet, four inches, in that the use of personal fall arrest systems was not enforced while the employees were framing the roof of a single story new home.
