29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosure:      a)  Construction site personnel were exposed to electric shock hazard due to exposed live wires in a bathroom and bedroom. Newly installed live wires were left sticking from the walls throughout the jobsite; the wire ends did not have insulation tape.        Location: 934 46th Street, Brooklyn NY      On or about 3/6/2019      NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
