29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not have each affected employee use the types of PPE that will protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:  a) Building 2, PFP Industries LLC, 1123 HWY 12 East, Miles City, MT: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on top of the portable trailer mounted ISO container. The employer provided the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) with a retractable connected to the I beam above the work area, however failed to ensure employees used the required PPE while working on top of the portable trailer mounted ISO container.
