29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  The employer is failing to label all circuit breakers within main circuit breaker panels.  This was documented on or about March 14, 2019 in the Southeast corner of the facility at 5120 N57th Street, Lincoln, NE 68507.  Two circuit breaker panel located on the South wall were not labeled to show what each breaker controls.  Failing to label a breaker can lead to an issue in the event of a sudden need to disconnect power for emergency reasons (electrical fire, injury, etc.).
