This was documented on or about March 14, 2019 in the Southeast corner of the facility at 5120 N57th Street, Lincoln, NE 68507. Two circuit breaker panel located on the South wall were not labeled to show what each breaker controls. Failing to label a breaker can lead to an issue in the event of a sudden need to disconnect power for emergency reasons (electrical fire, injury, etc.).
