29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   On or about March 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide an operational eye wash station for immediate emergency use exposing employees to MECT 5, which contains Diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, Methylene bis thiocyanate and 2-Thiocyanomethylthio benzothiazole, which is an irritant and a corrosive that can cause severe eye damage.
