29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel.  On or about March 13, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees used Central Machinery 1/2 horsepower Bench Grinders to sharpen tools.  The grinders were missing the guards, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by debris in the event of wheel failure:   a) Central Machinery 1/2 horsepower Bench Grinder located closest to garage door was missing tongue guards for both the left and right wheels.  b) Central Machinery 1/2 horsepower Bench Grinder located the furthest from garage door was missing a tongue guard for the right wheel.
